NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor
The GUDLOOK Ray-Ban Meta Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by ThriftsterNYC LLC d/b/a GUDLOOK™(“GUDLOOK” or “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;

• Are located within an eligible GUDLOOK market: NYC Metro, Los Angeles, or Miami;

• Meet GUDLOOK's requirements to become a GUDLOOK Operator; and

• Successfully complete the required GUDLOOK Operator onboarding process during the Promotion Period.

Employees and officers of GUDLOOK and members of their immediate households are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins August 30, 2026 and ends October 11, 2026, or when the first twenty (20) promotional onboarding spots have been claimed, whichever occurs first.
GUDLOOK's systems will serve as the official timekeeper for determining the order in which promotional spots are claimed.

4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, an eligible individual must complete the required GUDLOOK Operator onboarding process and become an approved GUDLOOK Operator.
The first twenty (20) eligible individuals who claim an available promotional onboarding spot and successfully complete the required onboarding process will each receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Limit one (1) entry per person.
No additional entries will be awarded for completed bookings, referrals, purchases, payments, or other activity.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

5. Operator Requirements
Participation in the Sweepstakes does not waive or modify GUDLOOK's standard Operator eligibility or onboarding requirements.
Applicants must satisfy all applicable GUDLOOK requirements for approval as an Operator, including applicable identity, licensing, screening, contractual, compliance, and other onboarding requirements.
Only individuals who successfully become approved GUDLOOK Operators will receive an eligible entry in the prize drawing.

6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) pair of Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses selected by GUDLOOK, with a maximum Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $499.00.
The specific model, frame, color, and style will be determined by GUDLOOK and are subject to availability.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary, subject to applicable law.

7. Winner Selection and Odds
Following the conclusion of the Promotion Period and completion of the applicable Operator onboarding requirements, one (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. There will be no more than twenty (20) eligible entries.
For example, if twenty eligible Operators are entered into the drawing, the odds of being selected are 1 in 20.

8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided to GUDLOOK during onboarding.
The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification and satisfy any reasonable eligibility and identity-verification requirements.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, GUDLOOK may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

9. General Conditions
GUDLOOK reserves the right to disqualify an individual for fraud, submission of materially false information, duplicate participation, manipulation of the Sweepstakes, interference with GUDLOOK's systems, or violation of these Official Rules.
GUDLOOK may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or circumstances beyond GUDLOOK's reasonable control materially impair the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

10. Privacy
Information submitted during GUDLOOK Operator onboarding will be handled in accordance with GUDLOOK's applicable privacy policies, disclosures, authorizations, and applicable law.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for GUDLOOK to use the winner's name, likeness, city/state, and prize information for reasonable promotional purposes without additional compensation, subject to applicable law.
12. Release
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that GUDLOOK and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
13. Acceptance of Official Rules
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and GUDLOOK's decisions regarding administration of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
