Gudlook exists to help everyday people show up confidently for the moments that matter.

Through style, grooming, wellness, fitness, and self-care services, Gudlook was built to support confidence, creativity, growth, and community.

 

We believe everybody deserves to feel respected, welcomed, and comfortable while using Gudlook.

We expect users and operators to treat one another with professionalism, dignity, honesty, and care — regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, body type, religion, disability, appearance, age, or background.

Gudlook has zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, violence, scams, or unsafe behavior of any kind.

WHEN YOU BOOK WITH GUDLOOK

By using Gudlook, you contribute to a community built around respect, self-improvement, and accountability.

We ask that all users:

  • treat operators and other users with respect

  • communicate honestly and professionally

  • respect people’s time, boundaries, and spaces

  • provide safe and comfortable environments for appointments

  • arrive prepared and on time for booked services

  • avoid harassment, discrimination, threats, or abusive behavior

  • avoid illegal activity, scams, or fraudulent behavior

  • respect personal differences and perspectives

Gudlook is built for people trying to become better versions of themselves. We expect behavior that reflects that.

OPERATOR STANDARDS

Gudlook operators represent the culture and experience of the platform.

Operators are expected to:

  • communicate professionally

  • provide services respectfully and honestly

  • maintain professional conduct

  • respect client boundaries and privacy

  • create safe and welcoming experiences

  • avoid discriminatory, threatening, or inappropriate behavior

  • arrive prepared for booked appointments

Operators reserve the right to refuse or leave appointments if they feel unsafe, threatened, harassed, or uncomfortable.

SAFE ENVIRONMENTS

Gudlook is committed to maintaining safe experiences for everyone using the platform.

Users and operators should help maintain environments that are:

  • respectful

  • clean and safe

  • free from violence or threats

  • free from harassment or intimidation

  • free from illegal substances or criminal activity

​

Unsafe behavior may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from Gudlook.

ONLINE & PLATFORM CONDUCT

Gudlook applies these standards both in-person and online.

Users and operators may not:

  • impersonate others

  • scam or defraud users

  • misuse bookings or promotions

  • abuse platform features

  • spam, threaten, or harass others

  • post hateful, violent, discriminatory, or sexually inappropriate content

Gudlook reserves the right to remove accounts, content, or access that violates platform standards.

RESPECTING PRIVACY

Gudlook values personal privacy and trust.

Users and operators should:

  • respect confidential conversations

  • avoid sharing private information without consent

  • avoid recording or photographing others without permission

  • use platform information responsibly

Gudlook may investigate violations involving privacy or misuse of personal information.

RAISING A CONCERN

If you experience, witness, or become aware of behavior that makes you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, please contact us.

Examples may include:

  • harassment or discrimination

  • threatening behavior

  • unsafe environments

  • scams or fraudulent activity

  • inappropriate conduct during services

  • repeated violations of community standards

Gudlook will review concerns seriously and may investigate or take action at its discretion.
